The manufacturer of the augmented reality helmets for motorcyclists Skully will be saved from bankruptcy. And apparently, those, who pre-ordered and even paid up for the helmets, may actually have a chance of owning one sometime in the near future.
Earlier, the brand Skully Inc. forcedly declared bankruptcy after its founders spent investor money on personal needs. The startup was bought by new investors and they are determined to revive the idea.
Everyone, who supported the Skully project, got the message about the fact that SKULLY had been acquired by new owners and two new investors "are determined to make this right."
These two new investors are businessmen Ivan and Rafael Contreras. They have recently revived Gas Gas and Torrot, companies related to motorcycle industry.
& Now a new company Skully Technologies will receive a new leadership. & The brand also would be relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. There will be a new website. At the moment it’s announced that the information on when those backers will finally get the helmet they put their money behind - will appear on October 16.
