Following & Michelin’s cue in MotoGP, Dunlop has also signed an extension of their & contract as sole tyre supplier for Moto2 and Moto3. The English & manufacturer has been exclusive tyre supplier for the two classes since & their inception (2010 for the intermediate category and 2012 for the & cadet class) and will continue to be so through the end of 2020.
Dunlop & has been in World Grand Prix Motorcycle Racing from its foundation and & Les Graham won the first 500 title in history in 1949 using the British & tyres.
“We are proud to continue our long and successful relationship with Dorna in Moto2 and Moto3& - said managing director Xavier Frainpont - We & are constantly pushing forward and bringing new technologies to the & sport. We introduced a brand-new specification of Moto2 tyre at Valencia & for the final round of the 2017 season and this was chosen by the race & winner, Miguel Oliveira. Top level motorcycle racing allows us to test & and develop new constructions and compounds. We then apply the learnings & to our factory products.”
