It’s a 250cc V-twin two-stroke motorcycle, which will be as good as the legendary Suzuki RGV250 Gamma!Two-stroke bikes live, adapt to modern environmental requirements, as the KTM Enduro did, and win! And let’s say more – nowadays you can find extraordinary creations among them!! One of the most impressive examples is the Vins brand, based in Maranello, the well-known Italian city. Vins is headed by a group of ex-Ferrari F1 designers, so I hope you get, how they make motorcycle-masterpieces. The firm showed its first two-stroke concept, called Powerlight, in 2015. Carbon monocoque, carbon wheels and a 100 cc V-twin engine!& & The Duecinquanta – it means two-fifty in Italian – gets a 250cc V-twin engine, and we are talking about the road-going version of the Duecinquanta, equipped with a direct fuel injection system. Vins is also offering a Duecinquanta Competitzione aimed at track use. It’s got a slightly bigger 288cc engine, weighs less than 85kg and is going to be faster than past MotoGP bikes. The road-legal version weighs 95kg and the top speed will be around 200 km / h. Of course, there are disadvantages. The main thing is the price: the road going version will cost around €40,000, while the track model will be even more at about €50,000. But on the other hand, the masterpiece does not have to be cheap!
