Kawasaki ER-6n is a great choice as a daily runner. It’s relatively cheap, quite powerful and comfortable. The model is rarely seen in customizing, but the Japanese motorcycle attracted the attention of Lionel from “Duke Motorcycles” workshop in Nice, France. Until recently, his commuter bike was a 2011 Kawasaki ER-6n. After he bought a Ducati Monster 600, Lionel wondered, what to do with his Kawasaki.
Lionel dragged the ER-6n onto the bench to service it, clean it up and figure out his next steps. While waiting for the oil to drain out, he started cleaning up his workshop and found a set of handlebars, some tires and a speedo—more than enough to make a good start on a custom. An hour later, only the frame and engine left on the worktable. Lionel started transforming his commuter bike into a streetfighter.
