Most customizers monitor and repair their vehicles on their own. As a result, they are always kept in line with changing tastes and styles. Sometimes it leads to improved performance. In other cases,we are talking about fixing age-related issues or the ravages of time.In the case of this Moto Guzzi, it was for all those reasons. The 1979 LeMans III belongs to John Gauthier of the French moto site 4h10.
First he rebuilt it about six years ago. The motorcycle then had a very long tank and made it quite hard to ride. So he decided to change everything. John planned a long road trip to Italy, so he tried to make the bike more touring.
