The Ducati Scrambler Hashtag 400 is now on sale as the world’s first motorcycle model only available online. Priced at €6990 plus on-road costs, Ducati Australia has yet to confirm local pricing. At that price it would be $1000 less than the Sixty2, which is the most expensive 400cc bike on the market. The bike will be sold initially in Italy, France, Germany, Spain and Portugal, followed by other European countries. Whether we will get the bike in India remains unclear, though given that it is not a limited edition bike we can surely expect it.
It gets a midnight black tank, mudguard and handlebar, a Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled-style seat and an orange Scrambler logo. The Ducati Scrambler Hashtag is aimed at millennials who are more at home with shopping online than in dealerships. Deliveries for the bike are expected to start in mid March. Buyers will also be entitled to a 20% bonus on original Sixty2 accessories and Ducati Scrambler apparel.
